Consulting & Holding Services

• All fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided.

• Due to the nature of our customized consulting and holding company services, we do not offer refunds for completed work or time spent.

Deposits & Prepayments

• Any deposit or prepayment made to secure services is non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated in your signed agreement, or if we are unable to deliver the service.

Client Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the service outcome, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer revisions or adjustments. Please note that this does not guarantee a refund.

Exceptions

• Refunds may be considered only under rare or extenuating circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Boy Boy Inc.

• No refunds for missed appointments or failure to provide required information.
